Working on a VCV bank + Next batch of choruses!

Hey everyone! This time, I'm here to announce that I finally stopped being too lazy and tried to make a VCV bank for Tasha Jade~

Although I'm not sure myself if it's the complete 5-mora VCV bank or a VCV Lite. I'll try to finish oto-ing it for now. Also, there's no news yet on whether or not I'll be releasing Taiji and Setsuna's banks anytime soon~ I like how they sound so far but hmm... still testing it out. I haven't uploaded any of the other covers I made of them anywhere though, aside from Taiji's cover of Egomama.

Speaking of which, I managed to decide what song to use for the next batch of UTAU choruses! Look below for the most recent covers~

As to updates about Setsuna Rin and Taiji Fujisato's voicebanks, they're almost done! All that needs to be done is the otoing... hopefully they'll be done by this weekend, or maybe even this week. When it is, I'll put out a demo for both of them. I won't release them right away, since I still want to work on them a bit (Especially their personalities...) but hopefully they'll sound great.

Hey guys!

Here I am with another update~

Taiji and Setsuna's VBs have both been recorded, it's just that I need to make them into separate files and oto them now. However I put working on their VBs on pause because I'm doing a favor a friend- yes, it's UTAU VB related which is why I'm putting it here. I'm not even close to done though...

To take a break from it, I tried making a Lite VCV bank for Tasha~ I'm pretty sure I recorded it wrong though, especially since I'm pretty much a noob at Oremo xD I think I didn't do too bad... anyway I tried to oto it and it sounded waaaayyy different-- the next time I try to record a VCV, I'm following a reclist. I'll use the 5-mora one my nee-chan gave me, although it is a bit difficult to read... I wonder which VB it was from though?

Oh, speaking of who! My nee-chan made a cover using Tasha Jade, which she uploaded to her Soundcloud account some time ago. Listen to it below~

Bad news

I was trying to oto Setsuna and Taiji's voicebanks when I found out a small problem... I was missing some sounds and some sounds got corrupted/sounded different.

This really made me frustrated, due to how long it took me to make the voicebanks in the first place. It's been about two months since I found out, because I temporarily gave up on UTAU for a short time between then and now due to rl issues.

Although honestly I make too many covers and never upload them because I'm lazy/forgot who owned the ust-- ahahaha~

Speaking of which, I made a cover and uploaded it yesterday, as a late birthday present to my nee-chan CyanOnigiri. Check out the cover below!

UTAU Taiji and Setsuna Rin almost done!

UTAUs Taiji and Setsuna Rin are almost done being recorded!

That's right, I said Setsuna Rin. It turns out the voicebank I meant to record for Tasha Jade sounded different, since I accidentally lowered my voice a little during my recordings. So she'll have an official voicebank soon!

Taiji's art is finished, although I still have to work on his full concept art along with Setsuna's. The one I had for Setsuna before... well, I think I've improved on my art since then.

Working on some new VBs

I got a new mic today~ So I'll be trying to record some new VBs.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I should still try to record Setsuna Rin's voicebank. Although she's probably my most detailed UTAU so far, she currently has no voice- I found that her vb was still too similar to Tasha Jade's vbs no matter how many times I recorded it.

For now, I guess she's just an idea/concept of an UTAU for now. Until my voice sounds (Somehow) different, I don't think she'll have an official voicebank anytime soon.
